The most important supporters of this website are those who have allowed me to use their photographs of Dorrie's jewllery this includes all the Galleries, Auction Houses and those who have sent me examples or possible examples of Dorrie's jewellery by e-mail.
Particular thanks go to Tadema Gallery http://www.tademagallery.co.uk for the largest number of photographs! To see these and other images please visit the new section Where to buy, I thought this more appropriate than Gallery in updating.
In the Jewellery section there is now a collection showing published books which include examples of work by Dorrie there are examples from 9 books at the moment and this will increase further as I undertake more research. Please note that not all of these publications are in print.
Revision of the Gallery as it becomes Where to buy! I am also regularly adding Auction Houses or Galleries if they sell any of Dorrie's work and keepng an eye out for any news about Dorrie through online newsclippings.

It is only by looking at the full range of Dorrie's jewellery that we can begin to appreciate the range of ideas and fascinating insights she brought to her designs there are the classic flower based designs with multi-gem set brooches and foliate leaves and scrolls but it is only through looking regularly at auction sites and the few photographs we have in the family that you can see her designs were far more than the accepted Arts & Crafts style. I hope with continuing to research I can find more interesting aspects to Dorrie's designs and reveal to a wider audience an artist who has in many ways, through misattribution of her work, become neglected critically compared to the interest her jewellery raises at auctions in England and the United States.
