Bonhams, Knowle has had several sales of jewellery by Dorrie Nossiter recently also an exhibition about the work of George Edward Hunt who was a contemporary of Dorrie's at the School of Art and Design in Birmingham, follow link above for further information, which ran at their various sites from 12th November to 15th December 2007. 

The collections of images below come from 3 recent auctions. 

Amethyst, blue zircon and pearl dress clip, of semi-circular design, the central cluster enclosed by wire scrolls, with graduated stones to the outside edge, 4.8cm A pair of multi-gem set brooches, each composed of a large circular-cut smokey quartz above a floral cluster of various gemstones, 4cm. A multi-gem floral spray brooch, the triple clusters to wire-work stems and gem-set leaves, 6cm long. A pair of peridot and garnet earclips each designed as a leaf spray, 4cm long. A multi-gem set brooch designed as a trio of oval clusters above a garnet cluster stalk, 5.7cm. A multi-gem floral spray brooch composed of two flower-heads to wire-work stems, with emerald leaves, 6.8cm A pair of gemset clips, the curled wirework and bead mount set to the centre with a small green agate cabochon, and a pearl above, surrounded by three circular cut blue zircons and four oval cut citrines to the quarters, length 4.5cm. A quartz and gem stone necklace, the nineteen graduated rose quartz beads with crystal rondelles and twisted wire connectors, to an open circular gem-set clasp, decorated with a leaf, wirework and beads, length 46cm. The piece does show evidence of alteration e.g. the clip to open the necklace is not original A multi-gem set bracelet An Arts and Crafts gem set pendant possibly by Dorrie Nossiter. NB This is characteristically a piece of Dorrie's work even if not recognised as such by the auctioneers.
